With a White Label, can my clients be either Prepay or Postpay?
Yes, you can choose whether your clients are Pre-pay or Post-pay.
A Pre-Pay client must have sufficient message credits on their account to be able to send messages. You can add message credits to their account from the Credits section of their account. A Pre-Pay client will have first provided you with sufficient funds to purchase their chosen number of message credits.
A Credit Account client will not need to have message credits on their account to be able to send messages. Messages are sent and then invoiced by you at the end of each month.
To set an account to be either Pre-pay or Post-pay, click on the WHITE LABEL ADMIN panel button and then select the appropriate account.
The BILLING REPORT left-hand menu option will provide you with details of the messages sent by your clients each month, enabling you to correctly invoice each Credit Account client each month.
