What are branching logic surveys?
A ‘normal’ – linear survey, will present all questions, to all recipients, in the same order. Whereas a survey that uses branching logic, allows brands to take respondents on different survey routes depending on how they respond to individual questions.
For example, if you would like customer feedback on a particular purchase, you might set up the branching logic to ask additional questions based on their satisfaction score of the product. In that scenario, if 1 is poor and 10 is fantastic, individuals that respond with a satisfaction score between 1 – 6 can be asked how their experience could be improved, whilst those that scored their satisfaction between 7 – 10 can simply be thanked.
