How do I change my password?
You change your password from within your account as follows:
- Click on the MY PROFILE button.
- Click on the CHANGE PASSWORD link.
- From the new page, enter your current password, a new password, and then confirm your new password.
- Click on UPDATE and you receive on-screen confirmation that your password has been changed.
You can also change your password from the login page, before you have logged in to your account, as follows:
- Click on the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD link and then enter your email address.
- Click on the password reset link in the email that the system will have sent you.
- From the new page, enter your email address, a new password, and then confirm your new password.
- You receive on-screen confirmation that your password has been changed.
- Go back to the login page and re-enter your new credentials
